My sibling convinced me to invest in a marijuana farm

My sibling is pretty much always trying to make a fast buck so when he approached me about an investment I was quite hesitant to take him up on it.

It really seems that he is regularly getting connected with the wrong type of people or going along with some wacky scheme in order to make a profit in a hurry.

I’ve regularly been a believer in challenging work plus diligent saving to prepare myself for retirement plus I do not want to waste funds on some get-rich-quick scheme. He kept on pestering me to hear him out so I finally agreed to go along with him plus listen to his latest plan. Seemingly he had been in touch with someone who was looking for investors in a modern Venture that would pay large dividends in a particularly short amount of time. I am sure you have heard about the marijuana farms that are easily popping up across the nation. Apparently this person had already acquired the land plus permits to begin developing the farm that would produce recreational plus medical marijuana for retailers to purchase! He is entirely expecting to the farm to be up plus ready within the next several weeks plus they were looking for various investors that would be willing to put up the capital necessary to set the operation in motion! They were offering not only dividend returns however a stake in the company for those who are willing to put up at least $5,000. I felt that I would be able to risk this amount of cash if I was going to be able to get a decent amount of money in return so I agreed to the investment. I do not suppose I’m going to be publicizing the fact that I am co-owner in a pot farm anytime soon, but if it is profitable you can bet I will be telling people.
